What is the refund policy?
Returns and exchanges cannot be facilitated by Store-to-Door. A gift receipt will be included with each purchase that can be used to exchange or return merchandise in-store.
 
What is the delivery policy?
We can provide same-day delivery for all orders placed by 4PM, and within 15 miles from our The Grove. There is a $20 delivery fee for orders within 10 miles and $25 for orders 10–15 miles away.
 
Why do you charge a credit card handling fee?
In order to keep our delivery fees low, we must charge a minimal fee for all credit card purchases.
 
How will my products arrive?
All purchases will arrive in our Caruso branded bags secured by tamper-proof seals.
 
Do you offer gift wrapping services?
While we do not offer gift wrapping services, we do offer upgraded luxe packaging that includes gift boxes with tissue paper, ribbon and a card for only $6 per box.
 
What happens if my item is not available?
While we will make every attempt to get everything on your holiday wish list, if an item is not available, we will communicate with you via SMS to provide you with alternative options.
 
I don’t see what I want on the website. What do I do?
Book a complimentary virtual shopping appointment with Caruso Concierge and we will help you find the products you want. Click here to set up your appointment.
 
What’s a virtual shopping appointment?
Virtual shopping appointments include a 15-minute phone call with a member of our team. You will have the opportunity to discuss the products on your wish list, and we will do everything we can to make sure you get them.
 
Do you offer gift receipts?
Every purchase will come with a gift receipt, valid for in-store returns and exchanges.
 
Where do I get my order if I select curbside pickup?
You can pick up your purchases at Caruso Concierge, conveniently located at the base of our parking structure.
 
Can I return items to The Grove myself?
Yes. All purchases will come with a gift receipt so that you can return or exchange an item in-store. Return policies may vary by brand — be sure to check the policies of individual stores.
 
Can I order multiple items from different properties?
At this time, we are only able to offer ordering and delivery for a single property per order.
 
My order arrived incorrectly. What do I do?

Am I allowed to tip the delivery driver?
‘Tis the season of giving! While you are more than welcome to tip your delivery driver, gratuity is not expected. All costs are included in your delivery fee at the time of purchase.
